Donna went above and beyond to help me sell my vacation home in Fontana while I stayed in Chicago. From making sure the home was in good shape, getting an electrician in to fix an outlet, finding a second opinion on chimney work, offering open houses, negotiating with potential buyers, and finally acting in my stead during the closing. As a new widow, I REALLY appreciated all of this practical help. Not sure I could have done this without her. She is a wonderful realtor, not at all pushy, but available when I needed help. There are very few people I've come across in any professional services industry with the kind of attention to detail that Donna has. The personal touch and ability to know your client sadly don't exist in many places. Donna could teach a course in it. Donna will not simply send you a filtered list of homes to look at, she's going to add critical thought to anything she sends you and ensure it will meet your personal criteria.
